The partners have agreed to co-operate on teacher training and exchange, education of apprentices and relations to industrial companies. On longer terms, the partners wish to establish a common development of educational and in-service training under the theme 'Engineering over the Internet'.

An important element of the Global Village partnership is the exchange of teachers in order to expand cross-cultural understanding and build up transnational teams of teachers. In November 1999, Danish teachers will visit the Polish, Italian and Czech partner schools and enterprises, and a teambuilding course will be carried out in the latter 3 countries at the same time.
