New co-operation model

The time had come to choose a partner in the Czech Republic. Preferably, we would like both the school in Prague 5 and the school in Kladno. Therefore, we chose to alter the co-operation model: instead of one we will co-operate with two schools from each country. The reasons being:

	Equality in participating partners from each country, incl. Denmark
	Two schools in each country will be able to support each other in the phases of preparation and implementation
	The dispersion and multiplication effect will better in each counrtry
	After the pilot periode, there will be more possibilities of co-operation in the daily running of the schools
	Possibility of making two parallel tests – two consortias of 4 schools each

Conclusion: The partners in Poland will be the schools in Bydgoszcz and Torun, and in the Czech Republic it will be the schools in Prague 5 and Kladno.
